It's actually an easy prepare dish as most of the ingredients can be easily found in everyone's kitchen except for Salmon fillets which you can purchase it from Utama Grand or Snofood. If my memory serves me right (it's been awhile since I last visited Snofood), the salmon fillets sold in Snofood do not have the salmon skin attached to it while the ones sold in Utama Grand have. So, if you're purchasing from Utama Grand, don't forget to remove the fish scales before you bake or perhaps you, can request the staff to do it for you ^^
The ingredients needed are:-
- Garlic (chopped finely)
- Black pepper powder
- Butter or Margarine
- Garlic Salt *optional*
- Salmon Fillets
- Firstly, clean the salmon fillets and remove the scares (if have) and pat dry with kitchen roll.
- Prepare a baking tray and lay aluminum foil on it then put the salmon slices on the baking tray.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius for 5 minutes.
- Put thin slices of butter on top of the salmon; enough to cover just half of the surface.
- Sprinkle chopped garlic on the salmon then black pepper powder (amount according to taste).
- Sprinkle fine amount of garlic salt on the salmon -optional-
- Bake the salmon for 15 minutes approximately.
