Happy Union, Gadong

Happy Union Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant that serves Non-Halal food. It has been around for years but I rarely visit it.
Then weeks before we left for Taiwan, Hubby suggested to have dinner in Happy Union and this had allowed me to try out some of their dishes.
As there were only 2 of us so we ordered 3 dishes; Golden Pork, Salad Prawns and Braised Pork in Pickled Vegies.
Both Golden Pork and Salad Prawns tasted delicious and I highly recommend their Golden Pork. It's similar to Roasted Pork but the meat was less fatty and it was deep fried thus the skin was really crispy. As for the Braised Pork in Pickled Vegies, we both think that it was just average as we had tried better ones at other places.
Overall, it was a good dinning experience there as they have quite a lot of pork dishes and the price range is not that expensive. A worth visit place ;)
