Anyways, thanks a lot for all the support from friends and readers which made Food-Hungry one of the popular local foodie blogs. Although there's still long way to go before achieving the success but I'm already happy with how Food-Hungry has progressed so far. Initially, Food-Hungry was a personal blog which recorded happy moments of a couple & their lovely, machi-machi friends (actually I still wanna treat this blog as a personal blog). As time went by, Food-Hungry slowly achieved some popularity with the help from other bloggers who have linked us (such as Nonnie, Rano, Reeda and etc.) as well as Blogging nation. Thanks a lot! There are friends out there who helped us a lot in promoting our blog as well! Such as SKY, Choon Ein, Hwa, Kang Fah and etc etc. Not to forget our Food-Hungry's Food Hunting Crew! There are a lot to be listed here and I really wanna thank SKY for contributing so much to Food-Hungry! He introduced us lotsa eateries (especially those hidden ones) as well as accompanying us for food-hunting. Thank you Geng!!! Without help from you guys, I doubt that Food-Hungry would achieve so much popularity from public. Lastly, I wanna thank myself too! For contributing so much to Food-Hungry; bringing camera everywhere I go just to make sure I manage to capture every single foodie moments. Thank you, Hunnie. & also Hubby for being sleepy owner of Food-Hungry, yet showing the most support to me which keeps me going.
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
p/s: It's been awhile since we last had Food Marathon. UK Gang, wanna organise one before you guys back to UK? ;)

One day when I was driving around Kiulap area hunting for food with family, mom suggested that we should try out Fun Wok Restaurant since she never tried it. Fun Wok Restaurant is located at Ground floor of Kiulap Plaza Hotel and beside it is Fun Donuts outlet. This was my second visit to the restaurant and I remembered that the price of the dishes weren't friendly and it is still the same now. However, they didn't serve many of individual rice sets but now they do and it's quoted $5 per plate. I ordered Tom Yam Seafood Fried Rice and it tasted just average. Mom ordered Mongolian Chicken Rice which cost $5 per plate and it was quite yummy. I've yet to try out their xiao long pao, probably during my next visit ;)
Had a great lunch with Shin, Yi Hui, Tata and Fish months ago at Metoo Restaurant in Seri. It was a good catching up with old pals; the food was great too =) And to Fish, glad to hear that you've changed!
Had a chance to visit C-Fu Restaurant for lunch with family (as mom suggested that we should try out new restaurant). The restaurant is located in Gadong which is same block as Rejoice Chicken Rice; its exterior looks nice and new. I'm unsure if all of you knew this... the owner of C-Fu Restaurant was actually the chef of CDP Curry House Restaurant so the food of both restaurant tasted quite alike including the price. A good place for authentic halal Chinese food I must say.
Hubby and I were invited by Wee, Shinyi and Boon Jing to join them dinning in Excapade Gadong weeks ago. And since I haven't met them for some times so I decided to join them eventhough I was going to lunch in Excapade with family on the next day. Also presented were SKY and Hwa, the Machi Brothers~ It was a fun night indeed especially adding flavours to the sizzling plate. Guys, agree?
Finally, the bandwidth meter has been reset and I have the mood to update ;) It has been quite a tiring week as new semester has started. Thanks to few lecturers banyak-banyak for decided not to have tutorial classes which allows me to only study for 3 days in a week. Thursday is the most hectic with three lectures which start at 10am and end at 6pm. And I strongly believe that I would hate Thursday a lot in this sem. Although new sem has just started but lecturers have been giving us assignments, reports, presentations. Arrgh. I feel the pressure already. Come' on! It's only first week of new sem! Aiya~ Enough with complains, today's post is about Sate Ala Jawa Restaurant which is located in Sengkurong (building right opposite to Sengkurong mosque (near Hua Ho or Shell station). by opposite, i mean opposite lane and not Pizza Hut). Seriously, it took us quite sometime to locate the restaurant correctly. This restaurant is well known for their ayam penyet and satay. The sambal for the ayam penyet is mild; not too spicy but we feel that the chicken thigh was too "skinny" compared to Gerai 3 in Tamu Selera. But I do find their satay yummylicious, especially their 'satay kuah'. The lamb satay is really juicy and meaty. For more review, please read here and here. ;)
Short note from Author: My photobucket account's bandwidth is used up again. I'm sorry if it does make you readers feel really annoying looking at those "bandwidth exceeded" warning pics. I've received few suggestions from friends like Jayden, Sally and Nonnie (Thanks pals!!!) so I guess I would try each out to solve this bandwidth problem. I've uploaded my pics to another server and hope you guys can enjoy it ;)
