Jade Crystal Kopitiam, Madang Complex

Had a chance to visit the newly opened kopitiam (coffee house) in Madang named Jade Crystal Kopitiam with family weeks ago.
This kopitiam is located in Madang Complex which is also along the highway to Manggis roundabout.
We ordered 4 dishes but only 3 came and we had to cancel the last one cause the service was really slow. Mom was already hungry but her food didn't come. We weren't satisfied as we were explained that the chef forgot to cook it. Seriously, there is still lotsa room for improvement, be it service or taste wise. It is understandable as it was still new during our visit.
Hope they would improve during my next visit =)
