Days before father's day, I asked dad where he would love to celebrate this year's father's day and his first choice was I-Lotus. This reminded me of the bad experience we had while dining in the restaurant during last mother's day.
So I replied him, "NOOOOOO".
As expected, he then said, "Airport Restaurant!"
I'm unsure if you guys have ever notice that during events like mother's day and father's day, Airport Restaurant usually have special buffet on the eve of these days but not on actual day.
Usually on the actual day, it's just either brunch or trunch buffet.
Weird, I thought. It's unlike we are celebrating new year or x'mas.
Anyways, for your information, this buffet dinner cost bloodily $36 per pax.
But never mind, as long as dad is happy then we are fine (I was suppose to treat my family for dinner but dad insisted to foot the bill... awwww... I did make it up by treating him lunch on the next day ^^)
There were actually lotsa choices on the menu; Mee Mamak, Nasi Briyani, Grilled lamb, Roasted Beef, Chili Crabs, Rojak, Crepes and etc.
Overall, I think the buffet was just average; nothing special actually =)

Lemon water for washing hands. We requested for it as it wasn't provided to all guests. At this point, I think the staffs were not thoughtful enough as crabs and prawns were both on the menu, they should have thought that patrons might be using their hands to peels of the shells of seafood.

Well at least still better than paying $44pax at Empire and there's no lamb or roasted beef! The chili crab looks really nice too. Actually this buffet doesn't look bad at all. Makes me feel motivated to wanna go try there. :)
