KL Trip (19th - 23rd Dec 08) - Day 3

We were only given one breakfast voucher in Sunway Tower and therefore we decided to let Hubby to have the breakfast voucher and the rests of us continued our sleep. But it didn't go well with our will. After around 10-15mins, Hubby came back to our hotel room again claiming that the queue was freaking long so he decided to just skip it.

Therefore we decided to find some eateries nearby to have our breakfast and we found Winter Warmers. We enquired the waitress if they are serving any breakfast set now and they replied YES! Thank god~

There were only few choices of breakfast set and I shared chicken sandwich set with Hubby, the rests had tuna sandwich set each.

After breakfast, we went back to our room, tidied up our stuffs, double checked our luggage and checked out. We walked all the way from Sunway Tower's lobby to Sunway Pyramid where the taxi booth is located and bought the voucher to Bukit Bintang.

Here is a video showing how big Sunway Pyramid is.

Entrance to Petaling Street. Lotsa cheap, fake branded goods.

We checked in to Hotel Nova which is in Jalan Alor, quite near to Bukit Bintang but still require some walking distance. The hotel is erm 2-3 star hotel and is cheap but I wouldn't recommend you guys to stay there as it's small and dirty. As there were 5 of us in this trip therefore we moved the mattresses so we would have more space to sleep that night. While moving the mattresses, we found the bottom mattresses really dusty and dirty. Really uncomfortable to sleep on it.

After checking in, we decided to head to Bukit Bintang Plaza and started our shopping spree.

It was lunch time and we decided to have our lunch in this restaurant called Little Taiwan. While dining in this restaurant, I contacted Esther babe and told her where I was located but it took her and KC awhile to actually found us. I told her we were in Bintang Plaza's Little Taiwan but I was wrong! It appeared that Bintang Plaza and Sungai Wang building are connected and I've actually walked to Sungai Wang building haha my bad.

Overall this Little Taiwan restaurant is alright. Hubby, SC and Amy said the Spicy Noodles was actually quite bland. The spiciness is there but not flavourness.. (am I right kah?) My noodles was not bad. I like the dumplings!

After dining, Esther showed us the way to Pavilion and I got few tops and dress from Forever 21! This shopping mall is really grand and nicely designed. But what made me and Hubby love is not those shops/outlets but its food court!

The basement of Pavilion is a food paradise. There are lotsa restaurants there, supermarket and food court. The food court is actually Food Republic which is franchised from S'pore.

Ohhh~ I mustn't forget to show you people Mr. Baozi!

It's actually a chained 'restaurant' which specialises in selling 'bao zi' or what we usually called 'pao' or 'bun'. It's originated from Taiwan and there are lotsa varieties to choose from. And all of it looks really delicious! It's halal =) If you happen to visit Pavilion, don't forget to try it!
