Today is last day of 2008 and a brand new year is coming tomorrow. I guess most of you must be partying hardcore right now. Well, who doesn't love new year eve party?!! Hope everyone has lotsa fun in their parties.
Did you make any resolutions for year 2008? And did you achieve it? I didn't make any so I can't share it here. However, I'm going to talk about the accomplishments of Food-Hungry (& us) in year 2008.
Let's flash back to what Food-Hungry and we (the owners) had accomplished this year!
1. We managed to organise a Primary School Reunion Party. Although most of the invited guests couldn't attend but we still had lotsa fun!
2. We had food marathon twice this year! First one being the Seria and KB trip while the second one is named as Project FM-2.
3. I had the greatest birthday party! Having family, relatives and close friends by my side, spending my sweet 21st birthday with me, I really appreciated it!
4. Hubby was surprised by us twice; 1st during his lunar birthday and 2nd was last night. Both were birthday cake surprises.
5. During my birthday celebration (the western calendar) in one of the well-known restaurants in town, Hubby suffered from food poisoning during half way of eating and I thought it was a prank. We rushed him to hospital without finishing our dinner. Don't worry, the problem wasn't on the hygience of the restaurant. It was because of what he had earlier at home. It had NOTHING to do with the hygience of the restaurant we visited ;)
6. Food-Hungry has two professional models. Thank you SKY and Chee Hwa!
7. Food-Hungry was mentioned during the Blog It Up! forum. Thanks a lot Rano and Reeda!
8. Food-Hungry has blogged 178 posts (including this post) this year!
9. I took more than 500 pictures during my 3 days KK trip (comparing to my 5 days KL trip, I only took 350 pictures).
10. This is the final one and also the most important one..... Food-Hungry Crew has gained a lot of weight in order to maintain this site!
So next time when you see us on the road, please don't ask about the changes of our body figures. But even if you do ask, we'll still answer you proudly, it's all because of Food-Hungry!

Addiction or Challenge?
These two guys have been addicted to Coffee Bean recently.
Instead of addiction, maybe i should say challenge.
Their aim was to finish trying all each type of drinks in ice-blended series... O.o
So far i think they have tried 6 types in a month. Keep it up buddies!

Happy 23rd Birthday to Mr. Hubby!
It's his 23rd Birthday today and I have a few things to say to him...

1. I haven't prepare your gift and it's 12.24pm now (about 6.5 hrs before we meet up).
2. But Hwa and I do have a little surprise for you. Well, not quite a surprise but surely will make you laugh.
3. I woke up at 11.30am and just had my lunch but don't worry, i'll get my ass up asap and go for unagi hunting.
4. and I just remembered maybe I should buy more cheese too.
5. I planned to write 23 stuffs that I wanna say to you but I realised I don't know what to say. When i reached point 4, I stuck already. Ok, I know you wanna kill me now.
6. Alright, this is a proper one. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! and one most important thing, please don't walk away from Yong again, if he is going to bring food to you nanti hahahahahaha

憂愁
Yeap! like the title says, this entry is all about Sorrow! haha
Well, it happened like this. I was watching Super Idol tv show with mom and it happened that Babyface was performing this song called "憂愁" on the 20th Dec episode. Since then i started to like the song and wanted to find out more about it. Well, not because of Babyface version.. seriously, i don't think they sing it well though. I just like this song. Like what Sanny lao-shi said before this song is considered as modern hockian song. It's really good.
It was originally composed by a producer named Xiao An and initially he composed this song for Hockian Song Diva named Huang Yi-Ling many years back. In year 2003 (i think), he decided to rewrite the lyrics and sing this song with his own style which is a rockish.
Then later, in Nov, one of the episodes of Super Idol, Sanny lao-shi requested Hsieh Chun-Qi (one of the contestants) to sing this song. In Dec, Babyface, decided to take up the challenge too.

Miri Trip - Dec '2008
Sotong Hubby accidentally broke his spectacles therefore we had to make an urgent trip down to Miri to make his new specs *because it's wayyyy too expensive to make his specs locally as the type of lenses he is using is different from normal lenses*
