Metoo Vegetarian Restaurant, Kiulap

Venue: Metoo Vegetarian Restaurant

Location: Kiulap, same block as Teo Poi Hoon. It used to be Jenny's beef noodles.

Price range: between $4 to $8 per dish, depending on the size of portion.

Food: Initially, the restaurant used to be Tian Mi Mi but due to unknown reasons, the restaurant has been sold to Metoo Vegetarian Restaurant Management and so now it has become a vegetarian restaurant. I'm not sure if this branch provides "pay-as-you-wish buffet" during 1st and 15th of lunar month so yea... it's yet to check out. Overall the food is ok. I quite like the Sweet and Sour Meat. The Mango Fish is not bad too but i feel that it would be a lot better if it were more spicy. If not sure but I've heard that due to religion... buddhist vegetarians are not allowed to eat spicy food... Anybody, is it true? We ordered Seafood Soup and the taste was just average... the texture of the mock sea cucumber was too hard to chew. Should have try out their Bah-Kut-Teh instead of this Seafood Soup.

Note: This is a vegetarian restaurant and the restaurant serves "mock" meats. Of course other types of vegetables too.
