Alright let's continue with my new entry.Didn't know what was going on but Hubby and SKY have this sudden urge on Brunei's No.1 local food, Ambuyat and SKY actually planned a gathering and called it a "Local Food Night Out". We invited Jances, Michelle and Boon Jing to join us as they just got back from UK and we planned to play a good host ;)
Other than Ambuyat, we also ordered the set meal which is enough for 3 pax. It was the first experience for majority of us and we looked quite 'sakai' i must say haha and of course, the 'LOUDEST' too. We thought the Cacah for Ambuyat is too sour and so instead of dipping the Ambuyat with it, we dipped it into the gravy of the Sotong Masak Merah and it taste lotsa better haha the set meal is quite delicious except for the tom yam soup. Maybe cause i like food with masak merah hehe
Overall it was a really an enjoyable night and JH reminded me not to chew on the Ambuyat and i tried really hard to swallow the whole thing without chewing. I made it!
