We made inquiries when making reservation through phone call and we were informed that the theme on Friday is Seafood while the rest of the days is International theme. We were also notified that one would have to pay slightly more on Friday than other days because of the theme. It costs $27 + 10% service charge for the International Theme.
We thought the place would be crowded and noisy but to our surprise, it was so quiet and only two tables occupied when we arrived there (more people flowing in half way through our dinner but still, it wasn't noisy). The waitress checked on Hubby's i/c then lead us to our table. I looked around to check the environment and I was really satisfied with the ambience through out the night...remember, we are celebrating our 5th year anniversary hehe
The International theme actually includes Grilling station and of course, there are other stations like Appetizers, Soup, Main Course and Soup Noodles. The food was good but the main course station could have better menu. The main course of that night includes Fried kueh teow, Pasta, Roasted chicken, Rice with raisins, Potatoes and Mixed vegetables. This made us feel that the focus is actually on the Grilling station as there were quite number of choices of ingredients available for grilling. Although there were few types of sauces (like mushroom, black pepper and bbq sauce) available but the food still tasted bland to us as it was not marinated.
Overall, it was a good dinner which left us with good memories ;)
